We collect, process and use personal data, among other things, to process orders, offer services and to carry out and further improve the content and functionality of our products, Internet offers and services and, only if you have given your consent, for advertising and market research purposes.

With this data protection declaration we would like to inform you about the handling of your personal data at Endox Feinwerktechnik GmbH. It applies to the collection, processing and use of personal data within the scope of using the website of Endox Feinwerktechnik GmbH and its subsidiaries and our current online offer on Facebook.

Only with your separate consent to this data protection declaration (e.g. by clicking a checkbox on one of these websites or newsletters that refers to our data protection declaration) do you consent to the respective responsible body using the data collected on your websites for the purposes of advertising and market research on the websites. This consent can be revoked as stated in point 2.

We use personal data in the following cases:

We store personal data primarily for business and order processing. For this purpose we also pass on personal data to third parties who act for or on behalf of Endox Feinwerktechnik GmbH (§ 11 BDSG, so-called order data storage). These are, for example, service providers that we have commissioned to process orders. These companies are not authorized to use the data we pass on for purposes other than those we inform you about in this declaration.

We would like to point out that if we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of a purchase on account, we will subject the data you may have entered as part of an order (e.g. name and address) to a credit check in order to protect our legitimate interests. This takes place via the Verband der Vereine creditreform e. V., Hellersbergerstr. 12, 41460 Neuss. We receive creditworthiness information from creditreform in the form of statistical probability values of a payment default, which are determined on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedures, including address data. We use the received information about the statistical probability of a payment default for a balanced decision about the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship.

In order to prevent the misuse of our Internet offer, communities and forums, we store various information (such as the IP address, time and duration, operating system, browser, page view) as standard when you visit our Internet offers.

Only if you have additionally agreed to this separately by ticking a checkbox in this form will we send newsletters to you in order to inform you about the topics you have requested. You can revoke your consent to the sending of newsletters at any time by using the revocation option, which is indicated by a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@endox-technik.de.
